There are some points where Anne goes into so much detail that it becomes a little bit of a dry read, but those details are essential to this intricate story. I fell in love with Louis and felt so sorry for him. I fell in love with Lestat, yet hated him so much. I would have to say this is my absolute favorite book. I have read it dozens of times and can't wait to read it again."
