"i wonder how Sheldon creates characters so vivid and perfect. this one, perhaps, my third sheldon's book i read. God, i feel Tracy's agony and despair and adventures.another thing i like about sheldon,he scribbles places, settings and countries quite amazing. i know he is a well-traveled author it is why he can come up with such masterpieces."
"I adored the miniseries (and developed quite a crush on Tom Berenger) as a teen and when I got the book in the same year for Christmas, I was exstatic. :) Devoured it in 2 days and loved the story even more. One of my very first "adult" romance books."
"This is my favorite Sidney Sheldon book. A woman gets sent to prison just before she is going to get married. Her fiance' moves on while she is in prison. It takes you through her prison experience and then what she does with her life after and how she will never be the same. She becomes very adventurous and she does find her ex-fiance. I really liked her character after prison."
"Come to think of it, I actually have most of his titles. The year was 1993. An uncle (by affinity) gave me most of the books. Up until that time I did not know who Sheldon was. Although I saw the tv-movie version of If Tomorrow Comes I had no idea it was based on a book he wrote. Why the good uncle thought I read Sheldon is beyond me. But the books were ok. They might be trashy by some standards but they kept me entertained for the entire summer of that year."
