"I tried to read this book, but found myself skimming the chapters and skipping around. The book was filled with the pop psychology that readers can find in any typical, run of the mill self-help book. The arguments were general and simplistic and I was bored most of the time. For example, the author asks people to answer 16 general questions regarding topics: sex, food, money, love, time, and alcohol. Readers are supposed to pay attention to how they answer each question or if they body responds differently to each answer. I took the test, looked at my answers and when I was done I expected the author to help me figure out what my answers might mean. The author did not explain anything, but introduced another series of questions readers should ask themselves about the above topics. I was disappointed with the lack of critical analysis in the book. Kasl poses a lot of questions, but is short on providing the reader tools to gain insight or concrete answers."
