"This was a good idea. Most of the excersices were simple and practical. Unfortunately, it would have been more helpful if I were surrounded by a large support system of people to watch my children while I did the recommended routines. The author gave helpful ideas how to do many of the excersices with the newborn, however I still had other children who had different ideas ha ha. I had my second c-section and thought this would help with my very out of shape abdominals. I started this at 12 weeks post- partum and lasted about 2 weeks before I fell off due to exhaustion and distractions of family. This is probably best suited for someone with an adult workout buddy, farther along post-partum. Woud recommend having extra hands and a plan for a workout schedule in place before becomming this ambicious"
