"I went through a major Frida Kahlo stage in my life, before her life was made into a movie. I had a friend who was a history professor who went to Mexico every year, and said that at that time it wasn't even a museum, and he would just walk in and sit in the chairs she sat in.
I always liked that idea.
I love her colors, and the bizzare way she depicts her inner world.
I think she was a little touched in the head sometimes, but maybe jealousy drives you to act that way to get back the attention of the man you love."
