My one warning is that once you start viewing the organization in Senge's terms you will become even more frustrated with the lack of communication and understanding of management as a whole in whatever job you currently work--especially if excellence is your goal. However, as a teacher, it has changed the way that I view my OWN organization process in the classroom. I look forward to reading Senge's book that is written about education. Also know there are fieldbooks that go along with some of these books.
