About this title: Lynne McTaggart examines the connection between the universe and all living and non-living things. Creating a comprehensive hypothesis for existence called "the field" or "the life force," McTaggart uses Newtonian science, modern quantum research, and ancient spiritual teachings to support her idea that everything in the universe is inextricably entwined. Although some of McTaggart's assertions are viewed by the scientific community as conjecture, she does present compelling ideas about the nature of man's role within the cosmos, and conversely, the effects of the cosmos on human development, ...

"Amazing book. Explores lots of cool research that has been done regarding remote viewing, intention, psychic connection, research that supports homeopathy, etc. etc.. This book is at times difficult to read but SO interesting. I want to read it again that's how good it is."
"Incredible book... McTaggart pieces together scientific experiments that all but prove the existence of a universal force/power. Basically, she alleges that Newtonian physics created a synthetic rift between man and the Earth/Universe, including the energy field that surrounds everything. (To quote Danah Zohar, from The Quantum Self, "Newton's vision tore us out of the fabric of the universe.") In this book, there is an increasing number of scientists finding that there is more to it than that - that everything really is interconnected."
"Fascinating account of research into ESP phenomena and its possible causes in quantum physics and Zero Point Field theory. I enjoyed the physics and theoretical speculations, and the long list of unexplained abilities and coincidences, although towards the end this list got a little bit tedious. The book was written in 2000, the author now continues her research in "The Intention Experiment". I'm currently listening to it, purchased from Audible. A lot of material is repeated here, but shortened and updated."
