The Dispossessed Majority also goes into very specific detail about ALL immigrants that came to the U.S. For example, the book breaks down how the Irish are a very distinct and diverse mix of European types(compared to the more Nordic of European nations like The Netherlands or Norway). I have never read a book that was able to give such a detailed ancestry of the United States population(and abroad). This book is worth reason for this reason alone.
