About this title: The one constant in life and the most difficult thing to face is change. Death, the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, a health or financial emergency, or even a crisis of faith are all circumstances that each of us faces at various points in our lives. In each instance, the challenges that we all must confront are embracing change and realizing that new circumstances represent not just loss but the possibility of growth. This is a book for those dealing with tough times, as well as the myriad Neale Donald Walsch fans.

"This book certainly contains kernels of wisdom and plenty of sensible ideas about psychology and approaching the the reality of life in this domain, where change is a constant. Unfortunately I am not partial to this type of writing: self-referential and self-congratulatory, relentlessly optimistic, somewhat-condescendingly conversational (the conversational aspect is intentional; I just don't love it) and repetitive, with frequent italicizations and capitalized words and phrases to connote Importance. But author Neale Donald Walsch's enthusiasm is unmistakable, so there's that. In the interest of full disclosure, I scanned more than read most of the book, though there were parts, more rooted in reality than theory, that caught my eye and engaged me more fully."
