"I didn't do the diet. 1/2 day on the anti-bloat diet & i quit. HOWEVER - the diet is probably more for average or overweight women who want to lose some of that bloat. I am in the obese category & they have you eating less calories than i am supposed to be eating.
That said, i got a LOT of wisdom from this book! It was really good. One thing in particular, about that number on the scale, was actually breakthrough for me. They taught me a LOT about monounsaturated fats (the good fats) & they gave me some GREAT healthy recipe ideas. So overall this is a great book & i think the diet part of it wouldn't be a bad idea for me in the future:)"

"While I did read and like this book for a variety of reasons, I have to admit that it's not as easy to use if you borrow it from the library. I know, I know, I'm a librarian and I shouldn't be saying that but I think that if a patron borrows this books, she (because it's really geared for women) will be able to ascertain whether they want to purchase it. The program is great with lots of simple, easy to follow recipes. The exercises are good too but the subtitle about "no crunches needed" is a bit misleading because some of their exercises are MORE difficult than a crunch! (Personally I like to do ab work on a big exercise ball.)"
