"Just got done with this book it was so good I couldn't put it down. I have now ready two of Carl Weber's books and both of them are equally good. I would recomend his books to anyone who likes a whole lotta drama! I cannot wait until his new book comes out in Feb. The nice thing about his books is they are easy readers. You don't have to be a rocket scientest to follow along. And I can guarntee once you start reading you won't stop until it's finished."
"Honestly, I am not sure if I like this book, or if I think it was okay. It think there was too much going on, I could barely keep up with the story. However, there were some aspect which I like: for example, but I could understand the sacrifice that James made...maybe some parents could go that far, maybe not. Oddly, while I could not stand Jamie at the beginning, I liked how her story ended. She was nosy, but had Louis been upfront with her (at least after he told her he loved her), Jamie could have had the chance of making a choice instead of being forced to marry him. But as her father said, she is a strong woman, and Louis better walk straight, Witness Protection Program or not :o) Unfortunately, I believe that Darnell's story is too real a one. And this is perhaps what I like most about the book, it had me thinking about how people react to betrayal, how they are able (or not) to move on... , All in all, there was a lot of drama, but it was an intense read and while I enjoyed other books of Carl Weber more, I had fun reading this one!"
