"This was just okay. I guess that I am used to their regular recipes, the ones that take way more than 30 minutes. While I will use some of the recipes again,it is certainly low on my list of cookbooks to keep."
"I use this one a lot and I find that while it does take me a little longer than 30 minutes on average, it's pretty close. The recipes have been mostly great, and I like the fact that it doesn't just smash a few ingredients together in a pot and call it dinner, but rather takes taste and flavor and all of those foodie ideals into consideration."
"Definitely a great cookbook for weeknight cooking. A lot of other cookbooks make claims to "fast" meals, but this one actually delivers. Out of the five recipes I've made so far, I don't think any of them have taken longer than 45 minutes (including prep -- I'm slow with a knife). Also, they've all been delicious. I highly recommend the Pan Roasted chicken and potatoes, any of the stir-fry recipes, and the skillet lasagna."
