"Sir/Dr./Gentleman and Scholar Ken Robinson has some interesting things to say. He tends to repeat himself a lot, but he's charming in that irresistible British way, so I didn't mind too much.
Basically, by the end of the book his conclusions are, our current educational system isn't nearly as effective as it claims to be and that people need to follow their passions, and develop those passions.
