"I'm liking this as my scientific and reason based explanation and description reference. It doesn't really do pictures or cutesy stories. Its a medical book and tells you what's going on. It does mention possible problems and had lots of extra resources and decision guides. Its very science based and non-biased, which is reassuring for me personally."

"This book is more scientific in tone than "What to Expect", but it has a lot of similar information. I liked the week by week explanation of how the baby was growing and changing, and the way the book is formatted makes it easy to use as a quick reference (compared to "What to Expect"). It seems more concise than "What to Expect"--I think it is more of a reference book."
