"This is what would happen if Michael Bey ever get hold of the Hulk franchise. It's the Hulk on steroids, taking on all comers.
That said, there's a reason people go to Michael Bey movies. They may not make much sense or challenge you in any way, but they are entertaining. And this is that, moving along at a great pace with lots of action, which is probably all anyone expects given the title."
