"I don't agree with everything she says, but I think it's pretty good how she focuses on healthy foods like flax seeds, bee pollen, fresh fruits and veggies, coconut oil and whole grains while eliminating flour, sugar, fats and salt."
"First I got the Eat-Clean magazine and loved it, then I saw there was a book. This is so great... I have always wanted our family to live this way but have never quite known how to do it. There are tons of fairly simple recipes in here that are making eating healthier a lot easier for our family. I made the macaroni and the sweet potato fries the other day for lunch. It was great."
"I liked the Mac and Cheese recipe with sweet potatoes in it. Also the recipe for hot cereal with dried blueberries, cranberries and cherries is great."
"This is a good resource, although no real new info if you are already "eating clean". The recipes are okay, but not great and I do disagree that eating clean is inexpensive. It costs $ to eat clean. Agave Nectar costs almost $4 a bottle for 11.75oz. and it is used in almost every recipe that calls for sugar."
