"This is the book I have been looking for. It is a comprehensive look at forgiveness. It walks you through the reason why you need to forgive, without just making it about obeying God, but about why it is the only way you can be free. Then they address anger, and help you to understand that your anger is justified and not wrong. They go on to talk about bitterness, and how anger and not forgiving can lead to bitterness. They explain how harmful this is to you, and why you should not allow your offender to shackle you. Next they talk about setting boundries so that the offender can't continue to hurt you. Then they talk about how all people are equal and about how judging others is harmful. Then a chapter on grief and how it is an important part of forgiving to address the sincerity of your hurt, and grieve over it. Next they talk about the reasons to confront and how to do it, and when not too. I haven't finished it yet so thats as far as I can explain."
