"This book is full of truly helpful hints for looking as young as possible. It cannot dissolve your wrinkles or slim your waist, but it will steer you to potions and tricks that may help. The book is well organized so you can quickly find an answer to a question that has been bugging you and it has sections that other books in the physical self improvement genre ignore. For example, it has a chapter on eyewear (glasses) that is as valuable as any part of the book if you wish to avoid looking old. I had intended to get new lenses and use my old frames, but after reading the chapter, sprang for new frames, as well. You may not want to spend any money to keep from looking old, but face it, you have to. I hope the book will be updated at least every other year, so look for the newest edition."
