"Yes I know it's a dummies book, but this really doesn't tell you a lot about windows2008. There is a lot of generic windows stuff but a lot of the new things in windows2008 are too complicated and out of scope for the book which kind of defeats the object. When it comes to backups it mentions that tape is no longer supported but then the backup steps seem to be copied from another older book - "if you don't have a tape drive installed on your system, the ntbackup program defaults to a file" Well duh - of course it does seeing as though w2k8 doesn't support a tape drive! Only bother reading if you are completely new to the world of of Windows servers."
