"This book is a universally applicable work on how to influence change in the behaviors of yourself, your peers, and those you lead. It is one of those books that is chock full of concepts that are so obviously accurate that you constantly wonder why you hadn't thought of it yourself.
It reads similarly to a Gladwell book, with the distinction that it is rife with application. I am going to have to read it multiple times just to get saturated with all of the ideas that I want to implement.
