"Wonderful large photos describe each exercise. If you start out as a beginner, the workout progression will take you two years to complete. Each minor stage takes three weeks during which a range of exercises are prescribed. They are challenging and well planned. When I finally reach the final advanced workout one day, I'll be back to let you know what the end result was."
