"My husband and I had recently attended the Love and Respect conference which I thought was very good. I decided to explore further by reading this book. The book expands on the concept of the Love and Respect conference and gives more details and examples to carry out the cycle. Only complaint is since I had attended the conference, he gives a summary of his first book Love and Respect which is what the conference is based off...so I was a little bored with the recap (but would be good had I not read the first book or attended the conference), but other than that, really good book."
