Used-Good. This book is in good condition. All pages are intact, there are no tears to the book and the book is nice and clean. The pages might be slightly dog eared through previous use and textbooks might have a small amount of highlighting but nothing which will obstruct getting the maximum out of the book. Illustrated by Carle, Eric. Very good. The story of a little cricket and his song (with sound). Large oblong format. Glazed pictorial boards. Colour illustrations. A few grubby marks to covers and a few page margins internally. Sound still works! [R]
When I ordered this Eric Carle favorite and it had good condition ratings I assumed it was a working copy of the book. I sadly put it on my shelf along side of my other non working copy that does not chirp any more. With these kind of special books equipped with special sound components, a good rating should include a working copy. Very disappointed indeed!

The Very Quiet Cricket
This is a sweet little book! I would recommend this book to any parent for their children! Very pleased by the way the author put this content together.
