Very Good+ hardcover in a Very Good-dust jacket. Stated First American Edition. The dust jacket has some edge wear around the upper edge and average scratching from use. There are two small scratches to the back cover which have caused some bunching. The jacket has been mylared to prevent further damages. The boards of the book have some light wear from general use. Due to a publishing error, page 201/202 was not cut uniformly, leaving some extra paper at the bottom. This page also has a crease mark from being creased inwards. 436 pp.
