If you're tired of being told your pain is all in your mind or that your condition needs surgery, please read this book before you do anything else.
At first I was skeptical, afterall I had the Xrays and test results to prove my pain was real.
And as Dr Sarno explains, the pain is real but not because I have Fibromyalgia and Athritis in my neck, but because of supressed and repressed memories in my unconcious mind
After reading and rereading the book and following Dr Sarno's directions I am at last feeling less pain and this is only after three weeks. It is hard to accept that rage from within can cause so much suffering but results speak for themselves. I still have a long way to go but now there is something to aim for that really works.
Modern medicine is slowly beginning to accept the mind/body connection between illness and healing but Dr Sarno is actually helping his patients now.So why wait for the mainstream to catch up, read the book and start to feel better.
