Maggie Pannell

Maggie Pannell is an experienced food and nutrition writer with a keen special interest in healthy eating. She trained as a home economist, then spent several years working in the food and diet industry. From there, she moved on to a career in journalism, joining a leading national magazine as Food and Nutrition Editor. Maggie has two young children and spends most of her time writing, editing and teaching. She is the author of The High Vitality Cookbook.
