Walter Macken

Walter Macken is a hero of Irish literature. He wrote for radio, television and the stage as well as directing plays. He is best known for his adult trilogy Seek the Fair Land, Rain on the Wind and The Silent People which spans generations of Irish history from the arrival of Cromwell to the Famine.
