Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns Policy
Alibris guarantees the condition of every item as it is described on our Web site. If you are not satisfied that your item is as described, return your purchase within 45 days (60 days for customers outside the United States) of its original shipment date for a refund.
If you return an item more than 45 days (60 days for customers outside the United States) after its shipment date, the item will be discarded and you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
How to submit returns
Returning a purchase from Alibris is easy. If you need to return an item, simply follow these instructions:

Please rewrap the item in its original packaging, along with the authorization page*, and ship it using the mailing label provided. Once we have received and processed the returned item, Alibris will notify you of your refund via e-mail. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase, two to three weeks after we receive your return.
*The return authorization page must be included with your return. Items returned without the return authorization page will be discarded without refund.
