This is my daughter's favorite Barbie movie of all. It's got animals, good and evil, love, and some conflict without encouraging bad behavior. The story line is basically this: daughter of local baker follows an animal who is being hunted by the prince. The two eventually meet after being caught up in a good and evil conflict in the fairy world. Barbie is changed to a swan and has to work with others to free everybody including herself from the evil sorcerer's curses.
