KB's Most Personal Film?

by BobCumbow on Sep 10, 2009

People were puzzled by this film from the director of "Near Dark," "Blue Steel," "Point Break," and "Strange Days." This is unquestionably Kathryn Bigelow's most personal film, and provides a key to what is most important throughout her body of work. Counterpointing a contemporary story and a historical occurrence, the film looks at honesty and deception in human relationships, and gives us Bigelow's strongest women characters.
