Suspecting that Headmaster Albus Dumbledore (Michael Gambon) may be fueling the rumors regarding Voldemort's return in order to undermine his authority and lay claim to his job, Fudge entrusts newly arrived Defense Against the Dark Arts professor Dolores Umbridge (Imelda Staunton) with the task of tracking Dumbledore and keeping a protective watch over the nervous student body. You know all the cast and players. Perhaps a few replacements and new characters all work with the now endearing Harry and friends.
More than enough story line to carry the film and credible aging of the familiar screen faces make for a rewarding continuation of the saga !

I really loved the book, but if you have read it and watched the movie, you would have to say that they greatly differ. They get all the major points of the book across, but it is choppy and sporadic. It was a good movie, but frustrating to watch if you have read the book...

As imaginative as usual. Much more emotional than the previous movies - whether this is caused by the new directer, darker storyline, or age of the actors, I'm uncertain.
