I have a credit with Alibris. How do I use it?
Once you place a new order and receive a shipment notification from us, please send us your credit number so we know to apply it. Here's how it works:
1. Find an item you want and place a new order.
2. When you receive the shipment notification e-mail from us, please send your credit number, the order number of the item just shipped to you, and the e-mail address on your account with us to credits@alibris.com .
3. We'll process your credit as soon as we receive your e-mail.
Your credit won't appear to be deducted from your total at the time you place your order, nor will it appear in the e-mail we send to you to acknowledge your order. It will appear as a refund to your credit or debit card after your new order ships.
If you have sent us an e-mail and your credit has not been applied, please contact Customer Service . Please make sure to include your order number when writing to us.
