Breaking the myths

As a person recovered from paranoia schizophrenia this book was most interesting in
describing the demographics of schizophrenia. I also liked the 50 best books and the
15 worst books on schizophrenia. I had an excellent therapist who used cognitive
therapy to help. I also had the services of an excellent psychiatrist who knew how to
change my meds when I changed. The biggest problem I see are the schizophrenics
in the homeless population. Many outreach programs have helped them. I thank Dr.
Torrey for this complete book on the disease.
