Good for Science
by Bowlergirl07 on June 4, 2008This book, A Brief History of Time, describes in depth what the universe is truly like. In the beginning we learn how the universe was formed through the big bang. From that he began talking about all the mysteries of the universe. To end the book he started talking about how the universe has to end.
I read this book for my physics project. The project was an easy project but I found it hard to stay dedicated to this book for the entire semester. I found that this was a hard book to understand because the concepts he talked about were really advanced. It took a long time to read because I had to read sections over a couple of times in order to understand what he was talking about.
Truthfully, I did not like this book. This is not the type of book I am interested in because I am really not big into science. I would say that I did learn a lot about cosmology and now I have a better understanding of the universe. If you really enjoy
science especially cosmology then this would be a book you would want to read.
