An excellent and fairly detailed introduction to Yoga. Feurestein is an important scholar in the Yoga field and lends weight to the credentials of this book as a co-author.
The chapters cover philosophy and practical aspects of Yoga in a light-hearted, easy -to -read way, without dumbing down any of the important aspects of Yoga. There are plenty of practical tips, including health and safety aspects. Clear illustrations and photographs, and a useful resource list at the back.
Very useful book for students as well as teachers of Yoga.
