A Book That I Have Never Read Before

I really enjoyed this book. It made me laugh, cry, and renvent myself. I never really thought this book would make realize so much I have and realize what my mother and family went through. It was like reading my mother and father's story of how they struggled to live a a new country. The places she described were like the ones my mother talks about. They too lived in Chicago, but now they live in El Paso, Texas.
Thank you Sandra Cisneros for being back wonderful memories that I had left behind. Thank you for bringing back those stories full of happiness and some of sorrows.
