Riveting!

This book details a journey through the life and impact of the father figure of three faiths, Abraham, a journey that manages to be both intensely personal and global in scope . Insightful and entertaining, it is thought provoking as well, leaving the reader with new concepts and questions to ponder long after the book has been read. Although I have read the Biblical story of Abraham many times, Bruce Feiler identifies details and aspects of the account I had never noticed, and relates the story to the many conflicting currents of today's events.
