Very informative

This book is gentle and informative. It even has a section of breastfeeding preemies, which was espcially helpful to me as my first child was a preemie born 3 month early. It helps with lost bonding time and the various techniques are really helpful when the traditional position for BF is not working.
Learning how to hand express was also helpful. the instructions are clear and illustrated. Well worth the investment.
