Great intro to Vegetarian Food
by ordinaryperson on April 7, 2008When your meat eating husband comments "This is worth eating again." at your first ever vegetarian dish you know you have found a great cookbook. I had never cooked vegetarian having been a closet vegetarian most of my life but after making Solyanka I was hooked. I have to warn you the recipes are not open a can and heat. They take preparation but Mollie tells you how long it will take. Her instructions are easy to follow and very explanatory. Most of all the food is delicious. I borrowed my first copy from the library and used it so much that I purchased a new one for the library so I wouldn't have to turn in the one with all the fingerprints and drips on it.
