Even though I have not yet finished the book, I have found it highly helpful. I am planning for my wife and I to begin the program right away. This program makes more sense than anything I have ever read concerning nutrition and the best way to be healthy and happy. If you want to lose weight and increase your energy levels without feeling hungry then get this book and follow the program. You won't be sorry!!
