The premise of the book is the same as their earlier book- bread in 5 minutes. The difference here is that pizza dough falls into one of two or three categories-plain white flour and whole wheat flour. After 50 or so pages it is just a recipe book for toppings.

Good info, but not worth $15 or so dollars.
