Very fine book, but no index

Except for lack of an index, this is a fine book. I highly recommend that anyone interested in improving their health read it. Even for a person like myself [I do eat some meat, etc., and therefore do not follow the suggestions to the letter], the nutrition info is valuable, clear and useful in the pursuit of better dietary intake for better health.
