Surprising and not Preachy

I resisted reading this book, although have been reading Ms. Rubin's blog for months. She is incredibly honest about her feelings, which is the biggest surprise about this book. Although I did not immediately start my own happiness project nor make any resolutions, this book did help me to slow down and look at things and other people. The big lesson that you can only change yourself was presented repeatedly, which is an excellent reminder. Worth a read.
