by Friend2U on August 26, 2010My favorite exercise and stretch in this wonderful, and helpful book, is the Brill chicken which helps straighten your back and relieve tension and pain in between the shoulder blades and in the chest from slumping while on the computer or sitting for long periods of time.
She also recommends it for airline travel and I don't doubt it would be helpful there too.
My son, who has had some back pain from many hours on his job in front of a computer, has also found the emergency pain relieve positions and stretches of great help.
I have bought more than one copy of this book because it is so helpful to us - each of us has a copy (one for work, etc) and it has helped us frequently.
