by Flatpickin on February 5, 2009 It has all sorts of recipes from the basic ones to the more elaborate. It shows the basic staples every kitchen should have - very helpful to the inexperienced cook. It has very imaginative recipes for the cook who is bored with the everyday same ol', same ol'. The Navy uses this cookbook when teaching their cooks. Every kitchen should have this cookbook.
