Akward teen angst at its best.
by Ohrenberg on November 20, 2008perks of being a wallflower is a painfully akward tale of a teenager who longs to be accepted. The main character is socially akward and has a terrible home life. He finds himself friends with a group of older kids and begins to be introduced to fun and excitement by them. The book is written in the format of letters to an unknown person. By the end of the book you find your self emotionally invested in the storys of all the characters.. Well worth the read and an instant classic..
