The Arapaho Indian Boy

Donald_Dick Poo

Years ago I checked this book out of the Library to read to my son when he was about three years old. Around 1954. I would surely like to find a copy of the book. There was a name before The Arapaho Indian Boy, but can't remember what it was. HELP?

Could it be this one:

Friday the Arapaho Boy: A Story from History
by Marc Simmons, Ronald Kil (Illustrator)

Brief Synopsis: "The story of the 18th century Arapaho boy, Friday, who became separated from his tribe and was found by a white trader."

WWW.Alibris.Com has several copies available with prices ranging from $1.00 (former library book - Shows some signs of wear, and may have some markings on the inside.) to $32.95 for a new copy.

Thank you Richard W.

That was the book and I ordered a copy tonight.
I received Mr Dog recently and now pleased to find this one. He is over 60 now, but think he will have fun reminicing about our evenings reading books. He was only less than three but had those words memorised,

Yes, that is the book. I couldn't think of "Friday". I would like to order a used book, the one for $1.00.
I am very pleased that you responded to my inquiry.
