I am registered in the U.S. but wants to buy from a U.K. seller and send to a UK address. How do I make this knwon when I place the order. Thank you.

When you're placing an order, you can make the shipping address anywhere in the world! You don't have to do anything special, just use the option to pick a different shipping address before clicking the place order button.
