This is probably going to be a hard book to find and somewhat expensive. It was limited to 1,000 copies and had many photographs and illustrations.

It's such a wonderful book, I really wish there were a way to make it more accessible to everyone. I'm lucky to have one, and I know some university libraries in ontario have a copy, so anyone interested could look there.
