I have an old book and don't know what its worth

I have an Odd Fellows Improved Pocket Manual that was published in 1873. The book is signed and dated by George S. Todd who was a member in 1876.

Book size!

7"-9" hardcover books: I think book sellers should list the size of their books in their details. I think this is important: I, myself, prefer the 7"-9" books. This would be a huge help. Is there a fast and easy way to get this message to the all the online book sellers out there?

What is the definition of 1st edition? Must it also be a 1st printing. How can I tell if my book is a 1st edition is also a 1st printing?

Theological Books

I have the achive from a major christian publisher. Most of the books are uncirculated (Never sold). The titles include some well know theologins. I could never read all of these, and trying to place these 500 or so books on Amazon would kill me. What is the best way to sell these books?
